About Us
Our Mission & Vision
Barrio Action was established to empower young people to succeed both academically and socially, working with people of all ages, with a special emphasis on helping high-risk and at-risk youth, young adults, and their families. The staff of Barrio Action works in partnership with youth and their families, seeking to increase the youth’s understanding of the life choices available to them.
- To create and sustain a healthy and nurturing family life

- To retain their dignity and reinforce their self-esteem
Our Facility
Barrio Action Youth & Family Center consists of roughly
20,000 sq. ft. of the following:
- League-sized basketball/volleyball court
- Dance studio
- Classrooms
- Lunchroom
- Computer Lab
- Recreation room
- Multi-Purpose rooms
- Case management offices
- Administrative offices
