SUBCONTRACTOR BID SOLICITATION

Barrio Action Youth & Family Center (BAYFC) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Employment Services through the Northeast Los Angeles FamilySource Center (FSC).

Barrio Action Youth & Family Center operates the Northeast Los Angeles FamilySource Center under a contract with the City of Los Angeles. The FamilySource Center is funded through federal, state, and local resources administered by the City of Los Angeles Community Investment for Families Department.
The FamilySource Center serves as a comprehensive, one-stop resource center that provides anti-poverty initiatives and essential supportive services to low-income individuals and families. Through a continuum of integrated services, the FamilySource Center assists participants in achieving long-term economic self-sufficiency by increasing household income, promoting financial stability, and connecting families to asset-building opportunities.

As part of these efforts, BAYFC is seeking an experienced subcontractor to deliver high-quality Employment Services that help adults and youth prepare for, obtain, and retain employment leading to economic mobility. The selected subcontractor must demonstrate experience serving diverse, low-income populations and the ability to provide employment readiness, career coaching, job placement, employer engagement, and employment retention services while meeting all applicable City and program performance requirements.
